We guarantee that you will love your new resume. We will continue to work on your resume as necessary until you do.
Free Revisions
We guarantee that we will, for whatever reason, revise your resume at no cost for 90 days. This guarantee does not cover the addition of new information to your resume.
Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee that the first draft of your resume will be done within five business days of receiving your resume questionnaire (or the next business day in case of rush service), and that subsequent revisions will be completed within one business day. In the event that we are not able to meet these deadlines, we will offer you a free cover letter or upgrade to our Professional Package at your discretion. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Time.
Money Back Guarantee
Any of our resume packages come with a 50% Money Back Guarantee in the event that you do not receive any job interview requests within 90 days. To qualify, you must send out at least two resumes in any ten day period, notify us of your lack of interviews at 30 and 60 days, and provide us a with a record of the jobs to which you applied. At 90 days, we'll refund 50% of your original purchase price via the original payment method used.
